i haven’t been to all the lechoneras on this list, but i can vouch for La Piquina. it is a diamond in the rough that has some of the most delicious lechon i’ve ever had. they also serve whole coconut with milk (and a shot of whiskey if you’re feeling frisky). a perfect meal!
